The Marina Theatre, Lowestoft, is delighted to announce the sparkling cast for this year’s magical pantomime, Sleeping Beauty, promising festive fun for the whole family this December.
Taking on the role of the wicked Bad Fairy is acclaimed actress and West End star Nicole Faraday, best known for her TV roles in Bad Girls and Emmerdale. Nicole is set to bring plenty of glamour and menace as she casts her spell over the kingdom.
She will be joined by panto favourite Terry Gleed, returning to Lowestoft to raise the roof with laughter as the loveable Chester the Jester, while the ever-popular Luke Byeford once again dons the frocks to revive his much-loved Dame.
Also back by popular demand is Katie-Elizabeth Allgood, this year sprinkling magic and sparkle as the kind-hearted Lilac Fairy. Making her Marina Theatre debut is Alice Carlile, from Britain’s Got Talent’s Golden Buzzer-winning dance group MerseyGirls, who will take centre stage as the beautiful Princess.
Packed with dazzling costumes, spectacular sets, toe-tapping tunes and plenty of panto magic, Sleeping Beauty will be a festive extravaganza for all ages. With a battle of good versus evil, laugh-out-loud comedy, and lots of audience participation, it’s the perfect way to celebrate Christmas with the family…and a fiesty dragon!
