Wonderfully Wicked Award-Winner Casts a Spell at the Carriageworks!

The Carriageworks Theatre pantomime, Snow White will deliver a magical spell this Christmas as the award-winning Nicole Faraday has been cast to pronounce the famous question asking who is the fairest of them all!

The in-demand actress began this year with the release of the comedy crime movie Not by the Book, in which she picked up the Best Actress Award at the Marbella International Film Awards. 2022 also saw Nicole touring the UK with Sugababe Amelle Berrabah and Wendi Harriott of The Voice fame in the musical Soul Sisters and star alongside Griff Rhys Jones in the nationwide Odeon release of Future TX.

Nicole is perhaps best known for her portrayal of Snowball Merriman in two series of the smash-hit Bad Girls (ITV). Currently back on ITV, the series is reaching new audiences with reruns on  ITVX, Sky and Britbox. She also played series’ regular roles of Dr Heather Lincoln in Casualty (BBC) and man-eater Veronica in Emmerdale (ITV).

When not touring the UK in musicals or starring on screen, Nicole performs in her own cabaret, both nationally and internationally, at festivals and prestigious venues, including Pizza on the Park, The Pheasantry and Crazy Coqs.

As the Wicked Queen in Snow White, Nicole brings a wealth of villainous experience to the role having previously played the wicked queen and other boo-able pantomime baddies in Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Aladdin for Paul Holman Associates.

Snow White opens at the Carriageworks Theatre in Leeds on 24 November until 7 January. Tickets are already selling fast following the success of the multi-award nominated production of Cinderella.
