Steps into Perfect Panto Prince!

Steps into Perfect Panto Prince!

Brit-award winners Steps are the UK’s most successful mixed gender group. Along with number one albums, top five singles, over 22 million record sales and sell-out arena tours, Steps have made history by becoming the first British mixed gender group to achieve a number one hit in four consecutive decades.

With hits like One for Sorrow, Tragedy and Loves got a Hold on my Heart, the group first found recognition with the catchy rodeo Romeo line dance hit 5,6,7,8. Chart success followed in the UK, Japan, Australia and Europe plus the USA where the band toured extensively with Britney Spears.

Making up one fifth of Steps is Lee Latchford-Evans. The singer, actor and fitness instructor has found time in his schedule to step into pantomime this Christmas to appear at the Palace Theatre, Redditch, playing the role of the perfect panto prince in Snow White!

Lee is no stranger to theatre, having starred in the West End production of Grease. On TV, he has appeared in The Games, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Totally Boyband, The Match and he won the SAS style competition Commando VIP.  Lee’s big screen appearances include the thriller Ten Dead Men and Cash and Curry.

This will be Lee’s 12th professional pantomime and he joins regular Redditch favourites Andrew Fleming and Simon Howe in Snow White from 8 December to 3 January 2024. Tickets for the pantomime are selling fast, with the Christmas week of performances proving very popular. People are encouraged to book soon by contacting the box office on 01527 65203 or online at redditchpalacetheatre.co.uk
