Neil Wheatley, Simon Bashford and Abigail Welford Return to Redhill

The Harlequin Theatre and Cinema today announced that Neil Wheatley, Simon Bashford and Abigail Welford will return to Redhill for another pantomime season in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs from Friday 7 December to Monday 31 December 2018.

Following a record breaking run of Peter Pan which saw thousands entertained and enchanted by their comedy capers, Neil Wheatley, Simon Bashford and Abigail Welford are back by incredible popular demand to star in another classic family pantomime.

Running riot and packing the perfect panto punch once again will be Redhill’s favourite panto comic Neil Wheatley who’s back for his 6th consecutive Redhill panto. Neil’s loud and laddish performances have kept him bouncing back to the Harlequin where he has taken firm charge of the comedy as the chief panto comic each season.

Simon Bashford also returns, treading the boards this year as the larger-than-life Dame Dolly in his 6th consecutive Harlequin outing as panto dame. Simon has enchanted Redhill audiences every Christmas with his unique blend of warmth, wit and fabulous frocks.

Joining the gang will be Abigail Welford who returns as our story’s heroine Snow White. Having played the leading lady in five Harlequin pantomimes Abi is well known to Redhill audiences for bringing story book characters to life with magical and memorable performances.

Pantomime Producer Paul Holman said: “It’s such a pleasure to reunite Redhill’s favourite panto trio who have such overwhelming local popularity. For those looking for traditional pantomime, lavish costumes, laugh-out-loud comedy and strong acting, music and choreography, Neil, Simon and Abi are sure to tick all these boxes. We have already seen record breaking advance booking at the box office for Snow White and can’t wait to announce our celebrity performer in this year’s show in the very near future.”

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs opens on 7 December and runs until 31 December. Tickets are available from the Harlequin Theatre box office on 01737 276500 and online at www.harlequintheatre.co.uk
