Art Attack star is back in Brid!

Bridlington Spa today announced that Art Attack star Lloyd Warbey will be back in Brid for another pantomime season in Jack and the Beanstalk from Friday 14 December 2018 to Sunday 6 January 2019.

Back by popular demand following his appearance as Wishee Washee in last year’s Aladdin Lloyd will once again take charge of the comedy as he returns to play Jack’s loveable cheeky chappy brother Simon Trott.

The first star to be announced for this year’s panto Lloyd will once again swap his paintbrush for pantomime. Best-known to children for his fun-loving attitude, quirky style and passion for creativity, Art Attack presenter Lloyd will be sure to keep the fun factor flowing. An experienced performer, Lloyd completed his professional training at the East 15 acting school before going on to tread the boards in the UK tour of Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Jungle Book and Peter Pan to name just a few tours. But it’s as the enthusiastic, larger-than-life presenter of the long-running telly favourite Art Attack that Lloyd is best known to children all around the country.

Speaking of his role Lloyd said: “I am thrilled to have been invited back to Bridlington Spa to play another big comedy character in pantomime. It’s an incredible venue with some of the best audiences in the country who hiss, boo, cheer and get involved in the action. I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve to make this year Brid’s best and funniest panto yet.”

Jack and the Beanstalk is now on sale. Call the Bridlington Spa Box Office on 01262 678258, visit www.bridspa.com, or book in person at the Bridlington Spa.
