Who We Are

Paul Holman
Founder
Company Chairman and Managing Director

Paul is an accomplished musician, director, teacher and writer, with an MA degree in Arts Management (City University) and a certificate in Music Education (University of London); he is also a Licentiate of Trinity College of Music (LTCM) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).

For nearly twenty years, Paul has been successfully presenting high quality pantomime, plays and summer shows throughout the country, and he has directed some of the country's leading names in showbusiness.

Paul formed his own company, Paul Holman Associates (now PHA), in 1995. PHA is a corporate member of the Institute of Entertainment and Arts Professionals (IEAP).

Adrian Jeckells
Company Director

Adrian has been a performer, director and producer for thirteen years, having trained at the Italia Conti Academy for Performing Arts. During this time, he has worked in theatres throughout the country and overseas. Adrian has a wealth of experience working in children’s theatre and is an accredited teacher (ALAM), having taught in some of the country’s top theatre schools.

John Ogle
Administrative Director and Company Secretary

John has more than thirty years’ senior administrative management experience, originally in the Royal Air Force, then in the housing industry, and latterly in theatre, bringing business administration acumen as well as creative skills to PHA.

Lee Waddingham Artistic Director /Associate Producer

Lee is a graduate from the University of Hertfordshire with  a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts.  After a successful performing career that encompassed Musical Theatre, Film and Television Lee turned his attention to Arts Marketing and spent three years working at the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.  After leaving Mountview Lee became a freelance Publicist working on West End, Off West End and London Fringe productions.  Away from theatre Lee has also worked for the BBC, Capital Radio and the Discovery Channel.  Lee has been Associate Producer on some of the largest pantomime productions staged in recent years at such venues as the Liverpool Empire, Wimbledon New Theatre and the Bristol Hippodrome.

Matthew Hough
Production Secretary

A graduate in Classics from Cambridge University, Matthew is a professional musician, working as an accompanist, piano soloist and teacher, vocal coach and musical director. He also works in financial services, having initially being employed as a trainee chartered accountant in the City and subsequently undertaken a variety of accounting assignments, including several years with PHA.

Ali Cook PR & Marketing Manager

Ali joined us in March 2010, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous position within a Local Authority as Leisure Marketing Manager.
In addition to marketing the many leisure services and activities available, she worked with Community Services on sponsorship, targeting hard to reach groups, Mosaic profiling and customer mapping. She has over 10 years experience of marketing pantomimes, and has also worked as House Manager for a receiving and producing theatre and spent some time with one of the country's leading ticket agencies handling blue-chip clients and group bookers.

 Katie, our former Office Manager, sadly left in April 2012.
