From Ramsey Street to Redhill!

From Ramsey Street to Redhill!

Leaving behind all the dramas of Australia’s famous Ramsey Street, Colette Mann is stepping onto the Harlequin Theatre stage to make her pantomime debut in Beauty and the Beast this December!

Actor, author, presenter and media personality, Colette is eager to discover more about this great British tradition of pantomime and has been cast as the conniving witch who turns the count into a beast. Relishing the challenge of encouraging the boos to be bigger, louder and longer, the Neighbours star is certain to create a wave of noise in the auditorium as she joins a popular and talented cast who are equally excited to bring this pantomime tale to life. Redhill’s favourite dame Simon Bashford makes his tenth consecutive pantomime appearance and Phil Reid, a real audience-winner in last year’s production, returns as pantomime comic. Children’s TV legend and Celebrity MasterChef Dave Benson Philips joins Cbeebies presenter Joanna Adeyinka-Burford in the roles of Professor and Belle.

After a decade-long stay on Ramsey Street, Colette is currently appearing in the Netflix comedy hit Fisk. Beauty and the Beast may be her pantomime debut but she’s no stranger to theatre having appeared in Priscilla Queen of the Desert; The Musical and The Vagina Monologues to name just a few.

Audiences can catch this year’s beast of a pantomime from 8 – 31 December.
